1st overall, again!!!
Today wasn’t the easiest day as I woke up with a pretty good cough from strep throat and not feeling near as good as I was hoping. All though I did not feel the greatest the day still went very well and I was able to pull through and race another great race! I Beat him again by only 22 seconds it was a very close and very exciting race with a few challenges here and there for sure. Overall it was a lot of fun and I was very happy with my results and times. Also my dad did very well too winning his age group and placing 4th overall with a time of 56:02!! His time last year as this race was 1:11:18 what an improvement he is doing so well!!! Jason my brother-in-law did AWESOME as well finishing in under an hour at 59:48 getting 2nd in his age group and 9th overall. It was a great day for all of us and most of all it was a lot of fun!!! Thats what it is all about is having fun!!!
